House 0005 Showcase
Falling water is one of my favorite models to date. It even got approval from the organization that runs falling water, saying "accomplished" and "love it. This showcase will highlight some of my favorite parts of the model.
The outside of this model captures the natural waterfall that makes Fallingwater so beautiful, Frank Lloyd Wright saw this waterfall and knew that a house would look fantastic on it, and the LEGO one does to. I used advanced stone and waterfall techniques to capture the essence of the nature.
The front also has a working garage door for the two cars that were included with this model.
The two cars in this model turned out great. The grey one is a 2007 Pontiac Solstice, while the blue one is actually a fancy golf cart called the Blue Gem. They have lots of room to sit in the working garage, but also look great in the driveway.
Moving to the backyard, this house features more beautiful trees, as well as a porch, hot tub, pond, and landscaping.
Now to the star of the show, the interior. This house has everything, and it is absolutely stunning. The inside has a massive garage, with a detailed workbench. It also has a highly detailed great room, featuring lots of decorations. The kitchen has accurate cabinets, a sink, and an opening fridge. Each bedroom has a decorated bed, nightstands, and wall art. The bathrooms feature, well, everything a bathroom should have. We even added a hot water tank, that's how detailed we can go.
