HCHM is thrilled to be hiring for multiple open roles. You can see each role below. Please contact Henry with any questions. Hiring will be done on a rolling basis.
Social Media Marketer
Responsibilities:

Create posts for the HCHM Instagram and Youtube pages

Drive customers to the HCHM website, and ultimately to ordering products
-
Work with Henry to run ad campaigns
-
Increase awareness about HCHM on social media
-
Learn the very basics of Bricklink Studio to know how the business works, will not be asked to design anything

Qualifications:

Required:
-
Proficiency in a graphic design software of your choice (Canva, Illustrator, ect.)
-
Good graphic design skills and an eye for detail
-
Ability to edit basic videos
-
Have a device to work on (Laptop/PC preferred)
-
Have the software necessary
-
Ability to meet deadlines, communicate, ect.

Preferred:​

Be a student at Elon University with a related major​

Previous experience designing and running social media
-

Pay:
-
Pay is per advertisement or post. Videos will be paid $20 per, while images will be paid $10. Other rates may be discussed.

Performance bonuses for high performing posts or ads are available.

Builder
Responsibilities:
-
Receive all parts and pieces, tell Henry which orders have arrived
-
Build the entire model within the timeframe provided
-
Report any missing pieces to Henry, replace them if possible. Any replacement parts will be compensated

Qualifications:

Required:
-
Have enough open space to build the model in its entirety
-
Have a device to open a digital instruction file of multiple gigabytes in size
-
Ability to meet deadlines. This is particularly important for this role
-
Live within a three mile radius of Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania
-

Pay:

Pay is per house and a fixed amount that is calculated by total pieces
-
At a normal pace, this equates to about $12-15 per hour
