A few notes about our products:
Our custom homes are replicas of existing buildings throughout the world. HCHM is capable of doing any type of architecture, including Victorian, Contemporary, Modern, Craft, Tudor, and more. We mostly specialize in homes, but we can also design other buildings.
Custom homes are shipped as kits, with instructions and pieces to build your own house out of LEGO®. All pieces are official LEGO with no exceptions. Each set is custom designed by Henry using advanced building techniques for accuracy and detail. Because each kit must be custom made, the process normally takes around three to eight months.
Our custom homes are all designed to offer a detailed, yet classic LEGO® look. Each home is designed individually based on the customers specifications, and therefore prices vary based on size, terrain, and the amount of detail.
While we try to avoid having a waitlist, we are often very busy. If there is a waitlist, it will be denoted on the order form. We recommend ordering well in advance if you have a deadline you are trying to meet.

Facades
Cottage: $400-600
Small House: $600-750
Medium House: $750-1000
Large House: $1000-1400+
This is our best-selling option for a reason! Facades include the entire front of your house. The prices shown do not include the yard, but we can include as little or as much yard as you want. Facades sometimes must include bump outs, which may increase the price. Facades look great on a shelf, table, and can be designed in as little as 12 weeks.
Full House Without Interior
This is another one of our products that sells very well. This option includes as much or as little of your yard as you desire (price shown does not include yard) and a full model of your house from all sides captured in impeccable detail. This is a great option if you're looking for a more substantial model. These models can be done in as little as 16 weeks.
Cottage: $850-1100
Small House: $1100-1600
Medium House: $1600-2200
Large House: $2200-3800+
Full House With Interior
Cottage: $2200-2600
Small House: $2600-4500
Medium House: $4500-8000
Large House: $8000-10000+
This is our biggest and best option. These houses come with as much or as little of your yard as desired (price for yard not included in price shown), a full model of your house, and a detailed interior with easy access so you can see it all. Being our top-of-the-line model, it is rather expensive. However, these models make amazing display pieces that capture your house magnificently. These houses can take up to 8 months to build, and rush pricing is not available.
Yard Pricing
Adding a yard can make for an amazing addition to your house! HCHM is capable of doing any plants and landscaping you may have. Yards also make a great place to put minifigures, pets, and cars. Yard pricing is based on whether the yard is flat or sloped. They range from 7-20 cents per square foot of yard depending on whether it is on a hill or on flat ground. Sometimes, large trees can also add to the price. All models have some yard included with them, especially landscaping to make houses look good, for no extra cost.
Rush Pricing
Due to some recent changes from LEGO, HCHM is implementing a time based pricing structure. All orders that have a need by date over 16 weeks from the order date will have no additional cost added to them. Orders needed in 12-16 weeks will be charged an additional 10%. The reason for this is that HCHM normally orders from LEGO and private sellers to find the best deal on parts and save the customer money. However, LEGO's shipping now takes up to 70 days. Any orders that need to be rushed cannot take advantage of cheaper prices offered by LEGO, so we have to charge more for these orders. Cutoff dates for the 2025 holiday season are October 1st for normal pricing.
Options and Add-ons
Minifigures
Minifigures make a fantastic addition to your house! When you order minifigs, we go through hundreds of parts and pick the best ones to fit each person in your family. We will send you an email with all of the proposed parts for each minifigure so that you can sign off on them. Minifigures cost $10 each.
Pets
We can also add pets to your house too. We can do dogs and cats, as well as any other animal upon request. Pets are FREE!
Cars
You can also purchase a model of your car with your house. Since cars take a long time to design and often require extra specialty parts, they cost $120-$150 each.
Holiday Decorations
A popular option to add is holiday decorations. We offer Hannukah, Christmas, and Halloween decorations. We can add them for $10. Orders from September to October get them for free.
Stickers
Stickers can make a great addition to any model! They add more detail that is traditionally impossible to do with normal LEGO bricks. Stickers normally carry a $15 charge for an entire sheet (7x10 inches) of area.
